When you read this Act, some words have special meanings. You need to know what these words mean. Financial statements mean the same as in section 6 of the Financial Reporting Act 2013. When you see the words "generally accepted accounting practice", it means the same as in section 8 of the Financial Reporting Act 2013. The Minister is the person in charge. The training centre is the Taratahi Agricultural Training Centre, which includes the lands described in the Schedule.
