7Functions of trust board

  1. The functions of the trust board shall be to administer all real and personal property vested in it upon the trusts specified in the Preamble: provided that for the purposes of this Act the expression modern practical farming practice in paragraph (c) of the Preamble shall include theoretical tuition and training.
