15Review of operation of Act

  1. As soon as practicable after the third anniversary of the commencement of this Act, the chief executive must—

  2. review the operation of this Act; and
    1. consider whether any amendments to this Act are necessary or desirable; and
      1. report the findings of the review to the Minister.
        1. As soon as practicable after receiving the report, the Minister must present a copy of the report to the House of Representatives.
