When you have a dispute about a levy, the levy order must say how it will be sorted out. You will have mediators to help resolve disputes about whether you have to pay the levy and how much you have to pay. The levy order must also say how the mediators will work and how they will be paid.

The levy order must explain how the costs of mediation will be paid and what you can do if you disagree with the mediator's decision. You have the right to appeal to a District Court Judge if you do not agree with the mediator's decision. The levy order must also cover any other matters related to resolving disputes about levies.
