25Extension of time for preparing reports

  1. A period of time within which a person must prepare a report referred to in section 23 or section 24 may be extended, on the application of that person, by—

  2. the court, where the person was appointed a receiver by the court:
    1. the Registrar, where the person was appointed a receiver by or under a deed or agreement.
