18Receipts and expenditure
All money received by a local authority pursuant to the provisions of this Act or of any regulations or bylaws made under this Act shall be credited to a separate account and such account shall be kept in like manner as the ordinary accounts of the local authority are kept and shall be subject to the provisions of any enactment governing the keeping and audit of such accounts.
Subject to the provisions of any other enactment relating to the appropriation of money in a separate account of a local authority all money received by a local authority and credited as required by subsection (1) shall be applied in the management and improvement of the cemetery or cemeteries under its control and for the several purposes and objects authorised by this Act.
