16Provisions in collective agreements

  1. Subject to section 6(2), nothing in this Act derogates from or makes it unlawful to comply with—

  2. any provision of any collective agreement within the meaning of the Employment Relations Act 2000; or
    1. any provision of any order of the Employment Court or the Employment Relations Authority established by the Employment Relations Act 2000.
