1Savings provision relating to clause 1 of Schedule 2

This clause applies to clause 1 of Schedule 2.
Any extension or shortening of time arising out of the application of clause 1 of Schedule 2 (as it read immediately after the commencement of this clause) and applied to proceedings continues to apply to the proceedings until they are concluded, whether or not clause 1 of Schedule 2 is repealed before the proceedings are concluded.
