12Secrecy

  1. Except for the purposes of this Act or the Public Finance Act 1989, or of investigating the correctness of any information contained in any application for a rebate under this Act, no officer of a territorial authority shall disclose to any person any information contained in any application for a rebate made under this Act or disclosed or obtained pursuant to section 11.
