When the Tribunal makes a decision about an application under section 8HE, they will send a copy of the decision to you if you made the application. They will also send a copy to the Minister, who is defined in section 4 of the Cadastral Survey Act 2002, and to the Minister of Maori Affairs. 8HIService of decision

  1. The Tribunal shall cause a sealed copy of its decision and recommendations (if any) with regard to any application under section 8HE to be served on—

  2. the applicant; and
    1. the Minister within the meaning of section 4 of the Cadastral Survey Act 2002; and
      1. the Minister of Maori Affairs; and
        1. the Minister for State Owned Enterprises and the Minister of Finance; and
          1. such other persons as the Tribunal thinks fit.
