These laws are listed under the heading "Enactments consequentially repealed".
This list is allowed by s 30(1).
You will see several laws on this list, including the Aliens Act 1948 and the British Nationality and New Zealand Citizenship Act 1948.
These laws are no longer in effect because of the Citizenship Act 1977.
There are also several amendment acts on the list, such as the Aliens Amendment Act 1965 and the British Nationality and New Zealand Citizenship Amendment Act 1959.
All these laws are now repealed, which means they are no longer part of New Zealand's laws.
