55Controller and Auditor-General and Deputy Controller and Auditor-General

  1. Despite the enactment of this Act, each of the persons holding office as Controller and Auditor-General or Deputy Controller and Auditor-General immediately before the commencement of this Act continues, after that commencement, to hold office on the same terms and conditions as those on which they held office before that commencement.
