New Zealand Geographic Board: its jurisdiction, powers, functions, and duties: Reporting duty

14Annual report

  1. The Board must report annually to the Minister on the performance of its functions and duties and the exercise of its powers.

  2. The report must include a copy of the part of the audited accounts of Land Information New Zealand that relate to the Board’s expenditure for that year.

  3. A summary of the annual report of the Board must be included in the annual report of Land Information New Zealand presented to the House of Representatives under section 44 of the Public Finance Act 1989.
