18Board to consider submissions and decide on objections

  1. As soon as is reasonably practicable after the closing date for submissions on a proposal, the Board must—

  2. consider any submissions; and
    1. in relation to any objections, decide whether to uphold those objections or reject them.
      1. The Board may obtain any further information necessary to enable it to decide on an objection.
