18Board to consider submissions and decide on objections
As soon as is reasonably practicable after the closing date for submissions on a proposal, the Board must—
- consider any submissions; and
- in relation to any objections, decide whether to uphold those objections or reject them.
The Board may obtain any further information necessary to enable it to decide on an objection.
