52How records to be kept

  1. Records required by this subpart to be kept by a reporting entity must—

  2. be kept either in written form in the English language, or so as to enable the records to be readily accessible and readily convertible into written form in the English language; and
    1. be kept in the manner prescribed by regulations (if any).
