77Protection for reporting entities, officers, etc, acting in compliance with this Act

  1. No reporting entity, or person who is, or has been, an officer, an employee, or a member of the governing body of the reporting entity, or person appointed under section 56(3) is criminally or civilly liable for any action taken in order to comply with this Act or regulations if the action—

  2. was taken in good faith; and
    1. was reasonable in the circumstances.
