9Power to erect and repair dwellings
The Minister, from time to time out of money appropriated by Parliament for the purpose, may cause dwellings and ancillary commercial buildings to be erected for State housing purposes on any State housing land, and may cause any dwelling or building on any such land to be demolished or rebuilt.
The Minister or Kāinga Ora–Homes and Communities may from time to time alter, enlarge, repair, or otherwise improve any dwelling or building on any State housing land.
