33Kāinga Ora–Homes and Communities to pay money not required for housing purposes to Crown Bank Account

  1. Where Kāinga Ora–Homes and Communities is of the opinion that the amount of money held by it on behalf of the Crown is in excess of the amount reasonably required to meet expenditure under section 32, it shall pay the amount of the excess to a Crown Bank Account.
