30Easement certificate to be evidence of compliance with Act

  1. The issue by Kāinga Ora–Homes and Communities of any certificate which may be registered under section 29 shall,—

  2. before the expiration of 12 years from the date of the registration of the certificate under this section, be sufficient evidence in the absence of proof to the contrary that the requirements of this Part in respect of the certificate have been complied with:
    1. after the expiration of 12 years from that date, be conclusive evidence that those requirements have been complied with.
