8Manner of making declarations

  1. Where by any law in force in New Zealand (whether made before or after the commencement of this Act) any person is authorised or required to make a declaration or a statutory declaration, that declaration shall be made and subscribed in the manner prescribed by section 9 or section 11, as the case may require.
