74Right to notify dissolution

  1. When a partnership is dissolved or when a partner leaves the firm, any partner may—

  2. publicly notify that fact; and
    1. for the purpose of that notification, require the other partners to consent to, or otherwise co-operate in the performance of, all necessary or proper acts (if any) that cannot be done without the other partners’ consent or co-operation.
