16Amendment and revocation of designation

  1. A designation order may be amended or revoked under sections 10 to 14, except that—

  2. sections 12(2) and 13 do not apply to an order that amends a designation order if the Commission is satisfied that the amendment is only correcting a minor error or is otherwise of a minor nature only (for example, a name change of an operator):
