54Act not to derogate from Parliamentary privilege, etc

  1. Nothing in this Act derogates from any of the powers, privileges, and immunities that, immediately before the commencement of this Act, were enjoyed by—

  2. the House of Representatives:
    1. Members of Parliament:
      1. any committee or subcommittee of the House of Representatives.
