If you are a body corporate and you want to take someone to court for defamation, you will need to prove that what they said or wrote has caused you financial loss. You must also show that the statement has caused you financial loss or is likely to cause you financial loss. This is what you need to do if you are a body corporate and you want to bring a case for defamation.
