9AAMeaning of climate-related disclosure framework

  1. In this Act, climate statements, group climate statements, a report, or other information complies with the climate-related disclosure framework only if the statements, report, or other information complies with—

  2. applicable climate standards; and
    1. in relation to matters for which no provision is made in applicable climate standards, an authoritative notice.
