17Limits on dispersal notices
A dispersal notice may not prevent any of the persons subject to the notice from associating in a public place if they are—
- members of the same immediate family; or
- doing so—
- because they are in legal custody, serving a sentence, appearing in court, subject to a court order, or subject to an order or conditions imposed by or under legislation; or
- for work, education, or health care purposes.
