27Variation of non-consorting order for specified reasons

  1. The District Court may, on application by a person subject to a non-consorting order, vary the terms of the order to allow the person to—

  2. attend a specified tangi or funeral; or
    1. participate in any other specified lawful activity.
      1. The application must be determined as soon as practicable.
