You need to follow rules about destroying or keeping material collected under a warrant. These rules apply to sections 50Q to 50T. A District Court Judge can give an order to destroy records of communications or information. You also need to follow a Judge's direction about destroying or keeping material. This direction is given after a report about a surveillance device warrant is received. The Judge's order or direction is important and you must follow it.
