12Permanent appropriation for salary, allowance, annuities, etc

  1. Expenses may be incurred, without further appropriation than this section, to meet—

  2. the salary under section 5 and compulsory remuneration-related payments:
    1. the allowance under section 6:
      1. the lump sum under section 7:
        1. the annuities under sections 8 and 9:
          1. compensation under an agreement made under section 10:
            1. specified benefits and privileges under an agreement made under section 11(1):
              1. specified benefits and privileges under an agreement referred to in section 28(1)(d).
