15Salary and expenses of Administrator

  1. If the Chief Justice, or the next most senior Judge of the New Zealand judiciary who is able to act, acts as the Administrator of the Government, that person continues to receive the salary of his or her judicial office in respect of the period for which that person acts as the Administrator of the Government.
