31MAHow evidence may be given

  1. The Panel may receive evidence—

  2. given on oath:
    1. given not on oath:
      1. if the person receiving the evidence permits it, given by a written statement:
        1. if the person receiving the evidence thinks it is appropriate, given by a written statement verified on oath:
          1. given by audio-visual communication, if the Panel and the person giving the evidence agree.
            1. A member, officer, or an employee of the Panel may administer an oath for the purpose of a person giving evidence on oath.
