When a management banning order is made under section 44F, the Registrar of the court must tell the Registrar of Companies and the Panel. The Registrar must also put a notice in the Gazette with the person's name and the ban details. You can find more information about this in the related sections. If you want to apply to the court under section 44G or section 44J, you must give the Panel at least 10 days' written notice. The Panel and other people can attend the court hearing and have their say. The court decides who can attend and be heard.
