The court can ask you to give evidence or show documents about your interests in financial products. You might have to attend court and answer questions on oath or affirmation. You might have to show documents you have or control. The court can make this order if someone asks for it, and that someone is part of the application. This is so the court can find out if you have any interests in financial products in a code company. You might have direct or indirect interests in these products.
