129Minister must publish decisions on call-in transactions and transaction of national interest

  1. The Minister must publish, on an Internet site maintained by or for the regulator, notice of—

  2. a decision about whether or not to decline consent to a transaction of national interest under section 20C:
    1. a decision to take a risk management action.
      1. However, subsection (1)(b) does not apply if the risk management action is a direction order referred to in section 88(1)(a) (which relates to transactions in respect of which no conditions are imposed).

      2. The notice must include a summary of the decision made and the reasons for that decision.

      3. However, the Minister may defer or dispense with publication (in whole or in part) if the Minister is satisfied on reasonable grounds that good reason for withholding the publication would exist under the Official Information Act 1982.
