You are a network operator who provides infrastructure-level services. You must tell the Registrar the names of all your existing customers who buy these services. You also need to tell the Registrar the names of any new customers before you provide them with the service. You should tell the Registrar at least 10 working days before providing the service to a new customer. If this is not possible, you should tell the Registrar as soon as you can before providing the service. This is something you must do, even if you have an agreement that says something different.
