61Application for registration

  1. An application for registration must—

  2. be made to the Registrar; and
    1. contain the information specified in section 62; and
      1. be accompanied by a certificate signed by the chief executive of the network operator confirming that the information contained in the application is true and correct; and
        1. otherwise be made in the form or manner required by the Registrar.
