28Obligations relating to arrangements for interception services

  1. Before a network operator enters into a contract or engages with any person for the provision of services to enable the network operator to comply with its obligations under this Part, the network operator must notify the Director in accordance with section 48, and comply with section 68.

  2. A network operator must ensure that any person that it enters into a contract or engages with for the provision of services to enable the network operator to comply with its obligations under this Part, complies with any applicable provisions of this Part.
