The Registrar can change the register if you give them new information that is different from what is already on the register. This can happen when you send a notice under section 68 or an annual update with different information. The Registrar can also change the register if a network operator tells them that the information on the register is wrong, or if the Registrar finds a mistake or missing information on the register.
