Auctioneers Act 2013

Regulations

25: Regulations

You could also call this:

"Rules for becoming an auctioneer"

The Governor-General can make rules about auctioneers. These rules can say what information and materials you need to include when you apply to become an auctioneer. They can also set the fees you need to pay to register as an auctioneer.

These rules are called 'secondary legislation'. This means they are a type of law that is made under the authority of another law. You can find out more about how these rules are published by looking at Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019.
