47Review by MSD

  1. MSD must review a means assessment of a person (P) if—

  2. P applies for a review on a form provided for the purpose by MSD; or
    1. MSD has reason to believe that there was a mistake in P’s earlier assessment, whether as a result of wrong information being supplied or otherwise; or
      1. the circumstances of P’s spouse or partner (S) have changed because—
        1. S has become a qualifying person or a special case person; or
          1. S has died; or
            1. MSD has determined under section 45 that S’s relationship status has changed for the purposes of this Act.
