49Review if assets below applicable asset threshold

  1. This section applies if a person (P) has been means assessed and been found to have assets equal to or below the applicable asset threshold.

  2. MSD—

  3. may annually review P’s means assessment; and
    1. may at any time review P’s means assessment if MSD considers that P’s annual income has changed or is about to change.
