71Clothing allowance

  1. Regulations may be made under section 74 that provide for payment of a clothing allowance to either or both of the following classes of person:

  2. qualifying persons who have been means assessed and found to have assets equal to or less than the applicable asset threshold:
    1. qualifying persons who have entered into a loan agreement with the Crown under the residential care loan scheme.
