30APurpose of EM condition

  1. The purpose of an EM condition is to restrict and monitor a defendant's movements to ensure that the defendant—

  2. appears in court on the date to which the defendant has been remanded; and
    1. does not interfere with any witnesses or any evidence against the defendant; and
      1. does not commit any offence while on bail.
