When you are given bail with an electronic monitoring condition, a court can let you be away from the address where you are being monitored. A Registrar can also let you be away from the address, but only if the prosecution agrees. You must follow the rules in sections 30MA to 30MC when you are away from the address, which you can find by following the link to sections 30MA to 30MC.
