13Compliance dispute is employment relationship problem

  1. A dispute about whether an employer is complying, or has complied, with this Act—

  2. is an employment relationship problem within the meaning of that term in section 5 of the Employment Relations Act 2000; and
    1. must be resolved in accordance with that Act.
