You have a funding agreement with an employer. The funder must pay extra money to help with costs. The funder decides how much extra to pay, looking at wage and training costs. The funder's decision is final. You are an employer with a funding agreement made before certain dates. The dates are 1 July 2017 for some services and 1 July 2018 for others. The funder must pay extra to help with costs from the Support Workers (Pay Equity) Settlements Act 2017, as amended by the Support Workers (Pay Equity) Settlements Amendment Act 2020. The extra money helps with costs from the Act. The funder looks at what they think is appropriate. They make the final decision on the extra amount.
