82Repeals and consequential amendments

The following enactments are hereby repealed, namely:
the Small Claims Tribunals Act 1976:
the Small Claims Tribunals Amendment Act 1979:
Amendment(s) incorporated in the Act(s):
the Contractual Mistakes Amendment Act 1985:
the Contractual Remedies Amendment Act 1985:
the Hire Purchase Amendment Act 1985:
the Illegal Contracts Amendment Act 1985:
the Minors' Contracts Amendment Act 1985:
the Small Claims Tribunals Amendment Act 1985.

The enactments specified in Schedule 2 are hereby consequentially amended in the manner indicated in that schedule.
The repeal by subsection (1) of sections 5 and 6 of, and the Schedule of, the District Courts Amendment Act 1982 shall not affect the validity of anything validated by those sections or that schedule.
