83References to Small Claims Tribunals, etc, deemed references to Disputes Tribunal

  1. Every reference to a Small Claims Tribunal in any enactment (other than an enactment to which sections 62 to 81 apply or an enactment specified in Schedule 2) passed before the commencement of this section or in any document executed before that date, shall, after the commencement of this section, be deemed for all purposes to be a reference to the Disputes Tribunal established under this Act, and every reference to a Referee of a Small Claims Tribunal shall, after the commencement of this section, be deemed for all purposes to be a reference to a Referee of the Disputes Tribunal established under this Act.
