16Production of warrant

  1. Every person authorised to enter upon and search any place pursuant to a warrant issued under this Act shall,—

  2. on first entering that place, and, if requested, at any subsequent time during the search, produce—
    1. evidence of that person's authority to enter the place; and
      1. evidence of that person's identity; and
      2. if requested at any time, provide a copy of the warrant within 7 days of the request being made.
