25Certain provisions not to apply to Police, Inland Revenue, and Statistics Department officers

  1. Nothing in section 5 or section 6 or section 9 or section 10 shall require—

  2. any person in his or her capacity as an officer of the Inland Revenue Department; or
    1. any person in his or her capacity as a constable or the Police Department; or
      1. any person in his or her capacity as a member of Statistics New Zealand,—
        1. to comply with any requirement imposed pursuant to any of those sections.
